We’re very excited to welcome two fantastic new team members to the Vantage Ag family –Larry Hertz and Ayesha Noormohamed!
Larry Hertz – Bringing a Lifetime of Ag Expertise
Larry joins us with an extensive background in agriculture and business leadership. For the past eight years, he was Vice President - Canada at the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA), working closely with farm equipment dealers across the country. His impressive resume includes key roles at New Holland, AdFarm, and The Western Producer, as well as experience leading several retail cooperatives.
A Saskatchewan farm boy at heart, Larry grew up on a grain farm west of Kindersley and to further his passion for agriculture and farming, he enrolled in the Diploma in Agriculture course at University of Saskatchewan. He also co-founded the Canadian Agri-Business Education Foundation and served on the board of the Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame.
Now, he’s bringing his experience to Vantage Ag, and he’s excited to hit the ground running!

Larry will be returning to his roots in Saskatchewan, working closely with retailers and growers to implement cutting-edge foliar applications that deliver targeted, efficient, and cost-effective nutrition.
Ayesha Noormohamed – A Passion for People & Innovation
Ayesha joined the Vantage Ag team in September 2024 after spending twelve years in the service industry. Her diverse career has included roles in the dental industry, as well as multiple office jobs while living in Australia – her second home.
While agriculture is a new industry for her, Ayesha is eager to learn and grow within the Vantage Ag team. She brings a strong background in customer service, adaptability, and passion for supporting farmers with innovative solutions.
